When you stay four or more nights, you'll receive a 25% discount from the rack rate for each night beyond the third night. Take the time to enjoy everything Okoboji has to offer ... and save money doing it!
All rooms on property are NON-SMOKING.
No Pets Allowed.
Deposits/Refunds:
One night's rate is required as a deposit for your reservation and will guarantee your confirmed arrival date. The purpose of this is to guarantee that you will take the unit reserved. The Inn At Okoboji does not overbook to cover cancelled reservations. We, more than likely, will have turned away others who have wanted to reserve your time period. No refunds for early departures will be given.
Check-In/Check-Out Policy:
Check-in is 5 pm. Check-out is 12 noon; however, you are welcome to enjoy the facilities throughout the day.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation is required at least fifteen days prior to the arrival date on reservations made more than three weeks in advance; one week's notice is required for reservations made within two weeks of arrival and; 48 hours are required when reservations are made within one week of arrival. All cancellations are subject to a $20 administrative charge. Cancellations made after the cancellation deadline are subject to a charge equal to the first night's stay or forfeiture of the deposits paid.
